MICC Elections 2026 — Nomination Form

Eligibility for Board of Directors

​

  • Must be a follower of the Mahdavia Faith

  • Must be of sound Islamic beliefs and practices

  • Must have legal status to stay in the USA.

  • Must have held voting membership of MICC for at least one year prior to the election.

  • Must be in good standing with the Mahdavia community and familiar with organizational operations.

Nomination Fee: $300 (refundable if withdrawn before the application deadline)

Have the following ready before filling out the form:

  1. Driver's license or government-issued ID

  2. One passport-sized photo

  3. Nomination fee receipt issued by MICC

Eligibility for President

​

  • Must be a follower of the Mahdavia Faith

  • Must be of sound Islamic beliefs and practices

  • Must have legal status to stay in the USA.

  • Must have served a full 2-year term on the BOD

  • Must have been a paying member of MICC for a minimum of 2 years prior to the election

  • Must be in good standing with the Mahdavia community and familiar with organizational operations.​

Nomination Fee: $2,500 (non-refundable)

Have the following ready before filling out the form:

  1. Driver's license or government-issued ID

  2. One passport-sized photo

  3. Nomination fee receipt issued by MICC

If you have already paid the nomination fee for the position you are seeking, please fill out the form below.

We will review your submission and, once approved, publish it on this website. Please note that all information you provide will become publicly visible when published. The only exceptions are your email address, phone number, proof of fees, and driver's license, which will be kept private.
