Nomination Form
Please submit the nomination form below. We will review your submission and, once your nomination is approved, we will contact you regarding the nomination fee.
Approved candidate information will be published on this website and will be publicly visible. Please note that all information you provide may be made public when your nomination is published, with the exception of your email address, phone number, and driver’s license information, which will remain private on the backend.

Eligibility for Board of Directors

Must be a follower of the Mahdavia Faith.

Must be of sound Islamic beliefs and practices.

Must have legal status to stay in the USA.

Must have held voting membership of MICC for at least one year prior to the election.

Must be in good standing with the Mahdavia community and familiar with organizational operations.
Nomination Fee: $300 (non-refundable after application deadline)
Eligibility for President

Must be a follower of the Mahdavia Faith.

Must be of sound Islamic beliefs and practices.

Must have legal status to stay in the USA.

Must have served a full 2-year term on the BOD

Must have been a paying member of MICC for a minimum of 2 years prior to the election

Must be in good standing with the Mahdavia community and familiar with organizational operations.
Nomination Fee: $2,500 (non-refundable after application deadline)
