At the outset let us thank Allah (SWT) for giving us this opportunity to utilize our resources and available technology to reach out to all the members of Mahdaviah Community. In this information age we can not sit idle and use the same traditional methods of communication. To be effective, we have to reach out to a large number of people with shortest possible time and with as little resources as possible.
A community will lost its identity if it fails to take the light from its glorious past and pass on the same heritage to the next generation. A plant does not grow and become a tree if it gets cut out from its roots.
Therefore, collecting information from our past and disseminating the information in a suitable manner to our young is the basic purpose of this Newsletter.
Insha’Allah this newsletter will be published every month and it will have four pages with the last page completely devoted to the prayer timings that MICC currently sends. We will have young and old writers from our community who will contribute to this Newsletter. You will not find here lengthy articles but short and thoughtful pieces that will reinforce, regenerate and relate our daily life to the Book of Allah and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Imamuna Mahdi Al-Ma’ud (pbuh).
We would like to encourage our scholars and writers from younger generation to be creative in presenting our faith, our religion, and practices that are nothing but in compatibility of Holy Qur’an.
Insha’Allah, our team will reach out to those who can contribute their creativity for the betterment of our Community so that we can live our lives only to please our Creator. The focal point of all our deeds and actions should be for the sake of Allah (SWT) and this mission is possible when we love and follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Mahdi Al-Ma’ud (pbuh).
Let’s pray Allah (SWT) to make this Newsletter a source of positive contribution, and a lantern that provides the light of Imaan, Ameen.
